Simone Dietrich holds a Graduate Diploma in Jazz from Newcastle College and an MA in Voice Studies from the Central School of Speech and Drama. She is a trained 3in1Concepts Consultant Facilitator specialising in kinesiological approaches and using biofeedback in order to defuse vocal and performance related stress.

Simone teaches voice and singing privately as well as at The Academy of Contemporary Music and INAC theatre academy. She has also taught and given workshops at the London Actors Centre, Italia Conti Theatre Academy of Performing Arts , the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and Oklahoma University.

Engagements for the professional stage have included:
Salzwasser (Theater o. N, Berlin.), Shakespeare Lovesongs (Shakespeare Company Berlin) and All in the Timing, Lady Bracknell’s Confinement, Private Eyes and Top Girls (all for Friends of Italian Opera, Berlin), Sanfter Verführer- Tour for German Pop act Rosenstolz.

She has also worked as a dramaturg with Daniel Kramer on his productions of Romeo and Juliet and F.X. Kroetz' Through The Leaves for the Southwark Playhouse, London.

Her article 'Teaching Shakespeare bilingually' has been published in the 2005 edition of the 'Voice & Speech Review'.
